By enrolling in the toot advertising network (tan) program (hereafter referred to as “tan, program”), or any of its services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies set forth in this document, (hereafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”).

If you choose to subscribe to the tan newsletter(s) if any we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. We allow you to unsubscribe through accompanied information in all our emails.

Program-related Announcements

We will send you program-related announcements only when it is necessary to do so. For example, if a new campaign is added to the program we will send you an email informing you the details. Such communications are not promotional.

Business Transitions
In the event toot and/or the company underlying toot goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.
